A different kind of CRO leadership
Most contract research organisations are run by operators and managed study-by-study by non-clinical coordinators. iNGENū was built on the opposite premise: that clinical trials are, first and last, medical undertakings — and that the people accountable for a study's scientific and safety decisions should be practising physicians.
Our leadership combines board-certified clinicians, regulatory strategists and data scientists. Collectively the team has completed more than 200 FDA Pre-INDs and over 50 INDs, and carries more than 120 years of combined clinical trial experience across oncology, neuroscience, psychiatry, cardiovascular, infectious disease and rare disease.

A physician and clinical-development leader, Dr Agarwal founded iNGENū to remove the financial and structural barriers that keep early-stage biotechs from generating FDA-grade data. He leads the medical, regulatory and scientific strategy across the company's global trials.
